Andrea: thank you for pointing these out as I am not very successful in finding them.

I really, really enjoyed the "Live to Ride" - the music fit so well and I felt like I was actually on the motorcycle.  Of course, I also felt like I was on the wrong side of the road (different in the U.S.A).

The first youtube video was interesting on Cine-lerra (pronounced like Cine-ma).  It seemed to be at 25:46 instead of 24:45 for me.

Hi phylsmith2004. I'm Ingo and have just registered here as a happy user of CinGG. I'm also the person who made the "live to ride" video. Thank you for the kind words regarding the video, all my other videos on my Youtube channel were actually edited with earlier versions of Cinelerra-cv. Currently I'm editing our Switzerland holiday with CinGG and it's going really well.

Cheers from Perth, Western Australia

Hi, Ingo:

If you find any problems making videos with CinGG, please report them somewhere so me and GG can look at them.  You probably won't want to post your family's Switzerland holiday, but if you have something else interesting, let us know.  P.S. I kept wondering where the "Live to Ride" video was taken and was wondering if it was England or New Zealand or Australia, so now I know -- I kept trying to read the signs to figure it out!

Hi, if it of interest these were done with Cinelerra-cv on Arch-Linux a year ago.
Now, as I think I mentioned using Debian 10 (Buster) & CinGG

@ingo

I finally had a chance to look at the Cinelerra video "Perth tour".  I don't think people realize how much editing and work is behind creating a cinelerra video of this length, but I agree with Andrea that it looks smoothly done.  I enjoyed the "tour" and was surprised how clean everything looks (and that includes the bike!).  Have to laugh at the terminology of "heritage" for 60's houses but when you see all of the cranes in the skyline, I guess it fits.

Hi PhyllisSmith,

Thanks for taking the time to watch the video, glad you enjoyed the 'Tour' I enjoy editing with Cin GG because it gives me a lot more
control with keyframes, titles and so on. The general lay out appeals to me as well. Have just completed 6 weeks of videos frrom our
Switzerland holiday, all up about 70Gig of mts files, all done without crashes and hick-ups. As we say here in Oz, 'One happy little vegemite' :-))

Cheers from Downunder.
