Gimme shelter from a lockdown Italy

Thanks for posting.  I recognized the tune right away but never knew any of the lyrics except for "it's just a shot way".   So lunch is late by 10 minutes and 30 seconds while I listened a second time with the lyrics from the internet so I could finally after all of these years, know what the song was about.

*Useless trivia (I'm full of it..)

The original version by the Rolling Stones has an amazing female guest vocalist on it named Merry Clayton, she was pregnant at the time and was at her house with her pajamas and slippers on and late at night the Rolling Stones called her and came and picked her up to do the recording session right away! She cut an amazing iconic vocal at that session and the song wouldn't be the same without it... all in her PJ's and slippers!
