BMD Intensity Pro 4k and MSI Z170-A Pro mobo

MSI Z170-A PRO mobo is not on BMD's certified HCL of supported motherboards (in comparision the similar Asus Z170-A Premium is listed):

Any experience if Intensity Pro 4k on MSI Z170-A PRO will work?

Possibly experience with other analog video capture cards like these?
