I at least can say that the installation via synaptic runs pretty well and glaxnimate is starting.

I will take a deeper look at it later.

The website seems very thorough and everything you need to know is right there. It looks really promising. Thanks to Andrea for pointing it out and keeping up on these things!

In my case this could be a great extension.

No need to make everything (like image and animation) in cin.

I see there is a deb package so I will check it out.

A handy program for making simple vector graphics animations. For example, we can make animated titles in which letters morph and change and then import them into CinGG; or create animated shapes with transparent background that can be used in CinGG by importing them as an alpha channel with the ReRoute plugin, etc.
