I see that histogram slows down playback dramatically.
Is there a possibility to avoid these slowdowns?
Would the histogram be GPU accelerated? If yes then I would install the proprietary nvidia drivers instead of nouveau.
The nvidia installation (and upgrading) was a mess in the past. So I don't like to install them without any good reason.
