Titles fade not working

In the latest version 20250430 the titles fade does not work, if I revert to 20250228 it does.

Appimage won't start

My cin appimage won't start. Ic changed to debian trixie. No way to start appimages atm.

I had the problem with appimages in the past so I decided not to use them and to use cin from the official but very outdated debian 10 repo.

At debian trixie these appimages again don't work. The reason is that this appimage stuff depends on old outdated Fuse2 libraries-> https://community.cryptomator.org/t/appimage-fails-to-run-on-ubuntu-24-04-lts/13863/5

I don't think these appimages are a good thing. Partially maybe but not as a robust deployment of code.

How to automate the cutting of a project by timecode?

Hello everyone! How to automate the cutting of a project (with many uploaded videos) by timecode (in an external text/table file)? That's about the way it is in Adobe Premier here: https://youtu.be/g_zPlZM3vIg

How do I use shell commands for this?

Perhaps this task is easier solved by another program, such as Avidemux + terminal emulator?

I searched all the internets, but I didn't find an answer — although I'm sure that what I want is possible.

Standard for measuring video quality

These industry practices on quality are certainly not about CinGG and the users who use it. However, it is curious to know about fields around video editing as well.
For decades in the image industry, ITU-T P.910 has been used to control their quality, which, however, is expensive and complicated. But there is also a free implementation:
