I'm using 4K DNXHR SQ which has 490 MBit bitrate in a mov container. Without testing 20 MBit for the proxy could play out for me.
I tested it but it just doesn't raise the bitrate. It is possible to reduce the bitrate even more, or set bitrate to 0 and change quality to differe...
