I love that HFS Stuff!
This seems to be pretty quality 🙂
Starters could go with a Sony RX100 VA, VI or VII. These go up to 1000 FPS. I use my VA for unstabilized shots of movement at 120 FPS mainly, sometimes 250 FPS.
