As far as I know, it is not possible to do “swivel” and ‘tilt’ in CinGG. This is because it requires 3D transformation, and CinGG does not have 3D functionality. You can get close with “Perspective” and keyframes, but it's not the same thing.
Another plugin is “Rotate” with keyframes, which can go as far as a vertical or horizontal “flip” (it also allows you to specify a pivot around which to rotate the frame). There is also the plugin “Flip,” but it works without gradual transitions. All these plugins have their ffmpeg counterparts.
There are other plugins you can experiment with, but they don't relate to your request: “Lens,” “Polar,” “Sphere Cam,” and especially “Mirror,” which, if learned well, allows you to achieve interesting effects.

@andreapaz . Thank you. Sorry for the late response. Awaiting for 3d functionality in upcoming versions. Next check this, https://youtu.be/ZD6sPUSh-l8 . I will share another concept +effect in upcoming days.

For basic 3D functionality (such as what you requested; i.e. 3D planes), you can use the compositing/VFX software called Natron (Open Source). For more extensive 3D functionality, you should use Blender (open source) or Blackmagic Fusion, which is available both as a standalone program and in DaVinci Resolve (closed source, but a limited free version is available). CinGG has many compositing features, but it is still advisable to use it in conjunction with other more specific software.
