February News for CinelerraGG

In February the following libraries were updated:
libvpx from 1.8.2 to 1.11.0
libogg from 1.3.4 to 1.3.5
tiff from 4.1.0 to 4.3.0
fftw from 3.3.8 to 3.3.10

In minor testing all worked well, but please report any issues is you find a problem.

CinGG is currently using FFmpeg 4.4 but now FFmpeg 5.0 has been released as of January 14, 2022. When 5.1 is available, we plan to upgrade to that new version.
