Problem solved with "make install" and no new issues surfaced yet with Debian Bookworm. |

@tarantas If no more problems are reported with the newer Debian Bookworm, I will close this ticket in the next 2 days or so. And THANKS for building on the latest Debian, so we find out earlier if any problems. |

No, there is no bin/ffmpeg And that's because I didn't run "make install" Okay. |

@tarantas Did you check the log file generated during the build to see if there were errors in compiling ffmpeg? Could you check to see if there are files which are used for the Render in the subdirectory: /yourdirectory/cinelerra-5.1/ffmpeg/video ? If so, then check to see if those corresponding files are in: /yourdirectory/cinelerra-5.1/bin/ffmpeg/video ? Did your execution of bin/cin, load ffmpeg type files, for example an .mp4 file? but it could have "tried ffmpeg first" and failed but then loaded anyway. |
